Their address is wrong on Google. The health care has been fine in my experience but it’s wild that they haven’t taken the time to update their address after over a year in the new location. I use Google Maps to navigate so I don’t think about it much when I put in their Glendale location but it’s made me late.

I see the reviews are terrible I have to say I go to the one in Glendale and I am a black women and they are Armenian over there but overall, they are helpful at the desk there not to bad they try and listen and resolve and I moved here from Texas so I don’t know a lot about Armenian people but overall, as the doctors office go, I’ve been going here for three years, even when Glendale didn’t want us,any more but the doctor is pretty good. He listens and takes in my concerns so even though I don’t live in Glendale, no more I do travel to go to the office still. Because he is a good doctor at the end of the day and Glendale is a nice place to continue to visit not so many homeless people good clean atmosphere to get outta la my kids doctors are next to mine in Glendale also Sheila debneth there also a good clinic I travel out of la for

It's true that the receptionist are rude. I called this number and I was talking to the medical no assistant! She hanged up! But one is helpful when I called back again. I must mention this is not the same clinic that I have been to at 710 S Central. People there at 710 S Central are very nice under Dr Sayadyan!

Sadly the other reviews are true. I have never left a doctors office feeling more uncomfortable in my life. I used to have incredible health insurance, so i have been spoiled on seeing how a top rated health clinic operates and I expected that now that I have an HMO and not quality insurance that I wouldn't find as good of care but this was beyond bad. I've been really hesitant to write this but I feel it is necessary. I got directed to Dr. Hovanisyan who I had never met before, it was a first time visit and within the first 3 minutes of meeting me she was forcefully and totally unprofessionally going after medications that I take very sparingly to help me deal with anxiety. I have spent 10 years working with therapists, doctors and a great care team that has gotten me to where I am and without asking me any questions, or getting to know me she very loudly and forcefully put her personal opinions on medications on me and made me feel so uncomfortable that I raised my voice and said "this is absolutely unprofessional, I am uncomfortable and I would like to leave." We were having a verbal, aggressive back and forth and I was totally taken aback that that's all I could muster up the

The reception staff was unhelpful. I was asking about my doctor's appointment and the reception lady was unfamiliar with the name of my doctor and directed me to the directory. As a new patient to this new building, I was completely lost as to where to go. This wasted time and I ended up late to my appointment. In the end, I decided that I will just reschedule a different day with a different doctor.
